"This office was no help at all. I had issues with their App and everything only goes through the State Farm App. After your initial setup, all you are is a payment. I cancelled my policy 12 days ago. I got a cancellation message in the mail 2 days later. However, still no sign of my refund check. This was the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had."
