"I finally found an agent that answer all my questions, all my concerns, and even when I didn't get full understanding she went over each policy-term and coverage step by step. I thought I was going pay more but she actually got me 200.00 almost 300.00 less than what I was paying. Very honest and reliable so far so good. I usually state farm gets a bad rep but I believe this agent go above and beyond her customers."

"I bought my auto policy from Dayton. After everything was done I called Dayton as I did not receive my ID card for one of my cars. Dayton sent it to me, but 10 minutes after that Cindy from your office called me and said she would be taking care of any Customer Service issues I may have as Dayton was aligned to Sales. I do not understand why I was shoved out. If I had known that I would be shoved from Dayton to Cindy I would not have done business with your office. I have been in the Insurance business as an agency owner and as an insurance agent. When I showed my displeasure about being shoved out Cindy changed her tone and said if I only wanted to deal with Dayton it was not a problem. Anyways we will see. If and when I call your office for anything. I am not a happy customer for the moment Jehangir Shaikh"
